On behalf of our client – a global player in providing services covering all aspects of an aeronautical product life cycle - we are searching for an Operations Leader (m/f/d) for the Hamburg location.

• Lead production team, support functions and team leaders
• Prioritize the activity; plan and manage the weekly workload
• Ensure slot allocations
• Organize and conduct group meetings; ensure and verify project updating progress
• Ensure job performance according to job description sheets
• Participate in hand over meetings, analyze and record NCs; initiate corrective actions

• Dipl.-Ing. / M.Sc. / B.Sc. / certified technican in aeronautics
• Profund aeronautical experience
• Management experience
• Knowledge of management procedures, team building and production methods
• IT Skills (Word, Excel, MS Project, SAP)
• Fluent English language skills are prerequisite, French and German are an asset

• Permanet contract
